Karen has more than 30 years' experience in-house and agency side, with strong expertise in communication strategy and planning. Multilingual, she has advised and led Marketing and PR teams around the world. At Metricomm, she helps clients understand the business impact of media coverage, focusing on using data and insights to inform decision-making and improve communication effectiveness. Karen is an experienced trainer and also a guest lecturer at University of Liverpool Management School, promoting data literacy and encouraging undergraduate and MSc Marketing students to expand their research and analysis skills.
