Where is the PRWeek Measurement Conference and how do I get there?
The conference venue is the Hilton Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, London SE1 2BY, it is located on the South side of the River Thames, a short walk from London Bridge Rail and Underground station.
Can I transfer my place to someone else?
Substitute delegates are welcome at no additional cost. Please notify us by sending an email to diana.gomez@haymarket.com.
Please include full contact details for the new attendee including name, job title, email, dietary/accessibility requirements.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be received in writing to diana.gomez@haymarket.com
If payment is still outstanding at the time of cancellation, you will be liable for the applicable cancellation charge, which may be the administration fee, 50% of the registration fee or the full registration fee, depending on when the cancellation is made.
Substitute delegates are welcome at no additional cost. Please let us know of any substitutions, including the delegate's full contact details and any dietary or accessibility requirements, by Friday 23 October 2026.
When will I receive joining instructions for the event?
You will receive joining instructions one week prior to the event. If you have not received this information, please email diana.gomez@haymarket.com with your booking reference number.
Is there a cloakroom at the venue?
There will be a complimentary cloakroom for small bags and coats.
How do I book accommodation?

Are lunch and refreshments included in the registration fee?
Hot and cold refreshments will be available in the networking area throughout the day and are included in your ticket. If you told us about any allergies or dietary requirements when registering, these will have been shared with the venue.
Is WI-FI available?
Complimentary WI-FI will be available for general web browsing and email throughout the event.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is smart casual.
Will there be photography at the event?
There will be photography and/or video production taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes on-line and/or in printed materials.

Emergency and First Aid
In the event of an emergency, please speak to a member of the event team at the registration desk or a member of the Hilton London Tower Bridge team, whichever is closest.
If the fire alarm sounds, please leave your belongings behind and make your way to the nearest clearly marked emergency exit. Event staff and venue team members will direct you to the assembly point. Please do not use the lifts.
