Duncan leads global communications at Tripadvisor, working to maintain the platform’s reputation across the world. Before joining Tripadvisor, he held senior positions at Expedia Group, Global Blue and RetailMeNot, leading a range of B2C, B2C and internal communications functions. Duncan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Ethics at Cardiff University. When he’s not working on Tripadvisor stories, you’ll likely find him traveling with his wife and daughter.
