Juliette Maxam

Juliette has recently taken on a strategic leadership role as corporate communications manager for Essex and Suffolk Water, following 11 years in the transport sector, leading comms for shared e-scooter and e-bike company Voi in the UK, France and Belgium and transforming media and PR for train company Greater Anglia. After a career in journalism, she cut her teeth in comms with the Suffolk probation service and National Offender Management Service. She has held comms roles at Colchester Borough Council and Essex County Council. Juliette firmly believes in the transformative power of comms and has been on a quest to prove the value of comms through effective and meaningful evaluation.
