Laurian Hubbard

Laurian Hubbard, FCIPR, Chart.PR, is an award-winning strategic communications and engagement leader with 20 years’ experience across parliamentary, government and private-sector organisations. As Head of Engagement Services at the Welsh Parliament, she leads the organisation’s communications and engagement strategy and one of its largest departments. Her career includes roles at 10 Downing Street, the Cabinet Office and Welsh Government, leading communications, engagement and crisis response on nationally significant issues. Laurian is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Governance Standing Committee at the CIPR, the UK Representative and Director for Education, Training and Development on the Global Alliance Board and has been named in PRWeek’s UK Power Book every year from 2021 to 2026.
