Head of Broadcast, Consumer PR & Social Media and brand activation, Specsavers

Since joining in 2019 Lisa transformed how the brand showed up in media, through culture, setting up its first ever social team, followed by the formation and merger of a Consumer PR team, enabling holistic through-the-line integration. Lisa has a passion for measurement & effectiveness and was recently cited as an 'early adopter' of attention strategies in advertising effectiveness leader Dr Karen Nelson Field's new book, alongside Anna Wilson from Tangerine. 

Prior to Specsavers, Lisa's experience ranged from stakeholder relations and parliamentary affairs, to connecting consumer brands with new and younger audiences. Career highlights include her team winning multiple Cannes Lions awards in 2024 and 2025 and being able to regularly conduct research into brand communication effectiveness.
