Mark has 30 years of agency management experience in the PR industry and founded Metrica, one of the country’s first media evaluation companies, in 1993. Metrica grew to become the world’s largest independent media evaluation company before being sold to Durrants/Gorkana, in 2009, and subsequently Cision. Metrica was one of the first members of AMEC, with Mark chairing the Association for over four years in the early 2000s.
Anticipating the need for the true effectiveness of communication to be understood and measured in ‘hard business terms’, Mark began the development of what is now the Metricomm platform five years ago.
