Lucy Linthwaite

Lucy Linthwaite is a Director of Communications at IBM and leads the Global Communications Insights programme and the UKI Communications team. She currently serves as a Board Director of IBM in the UK and is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and creative initiatives that build reputation and drive business impact.

As an experienced leader of UK, European, and international communications teams across markets, Lucy has partnered with some of the world's most recognised business, consumer and sports brands to deliver high-profile communications campaigns. Her experience spans both agency and in-house leadership roles as an adviser to organisations across a range of industries on strategic communications, reputation management, and creative storytelling.
