Sean is a dedicated media analytics specialist who leads the Insights & Evaluation team at Ofcom. With a background in traditional media analysis and social listening, Sean joined Ofcom two years ago to help shape the regulator’s comms evaluation framework. He now conducts and oversees various insights projects across traditional, social and web channels.
